Geri Allard

Shantelle Porack
Shantelle has been part of the real estate industry since 2002, beginning her career as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Western New York, where she also earned her New York Real Estate License. She spent many years working in mortgage origination with both independent brokers and large lenders, including Bank of America.
After relocating to Florida in 2014, Shantelle maintained her mortgage licensing in both Florida and New York. In 2016, she joined Florida Abstract and Security Title Corp., where she currently serves as a licensed Closing Agent, helping coordinate smooth and efficient real estate closings.
In 2024, Shantelle earned her Florida Real Estate License and now focuses on assisting homeowners who want to sell their property By Owner while still benefiting from professional marketing and real estate guidance. She offers flexible listing packages designed to give sellers control of their sale while providing the tools and expertise needed for a successful transaction.
With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending, title services, and real estate, Shantelle brings a well-rounded understanding of the entire transaction process.
